Acting on behalf of private SIPP clients we negotiated a dilapidations settlement with the outgoing tenant on this 22,430 sq ft warehouse which was originally let to Smith News. We also acted as strategic client – side adviser to the Landlord to help deal with the strip out of excessive offices and the extensive refurbishment of the property.

We subsequently marketed the property and agreed a letting to Millbrook Health Care dealing with rent reviews and lease extensions as well as new let to Medequip in 2024.
